Go Team Bell!

Hi everybody! I was born Steven, but feel free to make it your own. I've been called Steve, Stevo, Stefen, Stefonski--just no Stevie, please! I graduated from UCLA in 2006 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Asian-American Studies. After graduation, I moved to southern China where I taught English to high school students and studied Mandarin. I currently work at a law firm in downtown LA, but am moving towards a career in non-profit. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to our first meeting, but am very eager to meet all of you and get this project started!

Hello beautiful people!

Hey everyone!
My name is Raffi Sarkissian and I am so excited to be part of Team Bell 2009!
I just graduated UCLA with a double major in Communication Studies and Sociology. Have had Anderson for four classes (intro to soc, soc of mass comm, soc of emotions, social psych) and instantly agreed when she asked me to be part of this project.

Hey there Team!

Sadly I cannot attend the first meeting, so I wanted to briefly introduce myself. My name is Kristen Hammel and I graduated from UCLA in '08 with a bachelor's in psychology. This fall I will be starting a doctoral program in clinical psychology at Biola University. Among other things, I love rollercoasters, musical theatre, ultimate frisbee, and fresh fruit. I'm really excited to get started on this project with you all :)

Hey Team Bell!

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, since I won't be in SoCal for the first meeting on Monday.

I'm Draco, an undergrad at UCLA entering my 4th year this coming fall, majoring in Global Studies. I had Soc 1 with Dr. Anderson last year and it was -without a doubt - one of the top two or three most insightful classes I've taken at UCLA thus far (and yes, I admit that's an incorrigible proposition right there!).

I will be out-of-the-country for most of this summer, but will be returning to Los Angeles in September. I hope to meet many of you soon!

You!

You guys are all so awesome!

I just got back from Sociology graduation at UCLA. That was actually really fun! What a huge bunch of energy!

Hello, Bell-ers.

I am excited to be part of this group!

I had Anderson for Intro to Soc and Social Psych, which is how I think she drafted me for this :) I find Sociology incredibly interesting and sort of wish I had majored in it. I graduated in 2008 with BA in Political Science and Communication Studies. Currently, I'm in England finishing my MSc in Politics and Communication at the London School of Economics (about to finish my last exam and then work on my thesis). This fall, applying to get my PhD in Political Science and looking for a job in the mean time...
